Details:
All-weather Shannon class lifeboat Joel and April Grunnill, was requested to launch, along with Skegness inshore lifeboat, to search fro a male kayaker, fallen and subsequentlymissing from his craft.
The ALB was launched shortly after the inshore boat and proceeded to recover the partner of the missing kayaker and the two kayaks back to the safety of the shore.
once on board the female was medically assessed and deemed fit. The all-weather boat proceeded to beach at around 19:30, returning to station around 20:00.
