A limited number of tickets are still available for Skegness lifeboat station’s first Lifeboat Ball, in association with Centrica, on Saturday 8 October 2011.
Tickets for the black-tie event, to be held at The Suncastle, Skegness, are priced at £35 and each ticket includes entry into the ‘Golden Ticket Raffle’ to win the experience of a lifetime – a trip on the Skegness all-weather lifeboat ‘Lincolnshire Poacher’ during a crew training exercise.
The event will also feature a champagne reception, live jazz quartet, a three-course meal with wine, a live eight-piece band, the opportunity to win an iPad 2 and other fantastic prizes in the raffle and auction, and have your photo taken with the Skegness inshore lifeboat ‘Peterborough Beer Festival IV’.
For further information or to reserve tickets please contact Ray Chapman (Second Coxswain) on 07866 86677 or Russell Matthews (Lifeboat Press Officer) on 07930 449602 or email press@RNLIskegness.org.uk.
This is an official RNLI event and every penny raised will be put towards saving lives at sea.
